Money saving beauty tips!

Hi all,
Thought I'd start a thread so us girlies (and maybe guys, if you're interested ;D!) can share money-saving beauty tips..... only criteria being, it uses things you'd have in the home anyway. If you have any top tips, please add it on the thread, with Christmas coming up I could use some (cheap) suggestions to beautify myself!! :-*
Here are my top three tips:
For silky smooth skin, mix a handful of coarse sea salt, or demerara sugar, with a splash of olive oil. Rub all over your wobbly dry bits and shower off.
For a cellulite busting body scrub, don't throw away your coffee grinds!! Drain off the coffee, and mix a handful with your regular shower gel, rubbing liberally over your dimply bits. Coffee contains plenty of caffeine, which is an ingredient in lots of fancy anti-cellulite creams. It's also got oil in it so your skin is nice and smooth afterwards
Don't bother with expensive spot creams, dab on a blob of toothpaste overnight, which dries them out.

Rofl i didn't myself but i know someone who used a hoover on their neck ! ::)0 -
Can't recommend the hoover treatment but thought I'd add these
Honey facial mask:
Massage a small amount of heated honey over face, keave on 15 mins. Honey is antiseptic, cleans pores and tones the skin.
Wheat germ is often added to a honey mask (provides abrasive action, protein and vitamins).
Eggwhite mask, used as is or beaten, tightens and tones ski.
Mayonnaise as a marvelous skin softener, wrinkle remover and hair conditioner
yogurt, sour cream or buttermilk mask for oily, sallow skin
Milk bath ( 1 pint made from skim milk and added to your bath) whitens and softens skin.
Apricot facial mask
fresh or dried mashed apricots mixed with warm olive oil to form a spreadable paste...dry skin moisturiser and vitamin a source.
Sad in I should be doin housework ;DWomen and cats will do as they please and men and dogs should get used to it.;)
Happiness is a perfume you cannot pour on others without getting a few drops on yourself.
