I want to warn this bidder and any future ones who i see bid on this item. It's clearly just for the box only, and the seller has said this in his seller payment instruction, but obvioulsy you will still get stupid people who will bid thinking it's for the phone
He's said in his description he'll except payment methods which is vertually for cash only so i guess he knows he won't get any chargebacks

Description seems fairly clear: Motorola Raz V3 Pink Box
Seems a bit weird though, must be hoping to catch someone out.Happy chappy0 -
Email the highest bidder and check whether they've realised that it's just a box.Happy chappy0

It's the postage that will get people confused, £7.99 for an empty box??????0

There are vigilantes on ebay creating account with names like:
DOn't_bid_this_is_a_scam etc and bidding thousands to ensure that genuine and first time ebay users are not caught out with these scams.
Wouldn't think ebay could do much about this?Treat others as you would like to be treated :A0 -

Can't see you getting into trouble for it, I will go into ebay and report the listing.
Even though it states in the auction that it is for a box why start bidding off at £10, the obvious reason is to rip people off
Just reported the item through the safety centre under the section "misleading" section0 -

I've done this before - someone was selling a car and the pictures of the engine didn't match up with their description. So I mailed the winning bidder and he pulled out.Happy chappy0

Here is the main part you need to go to
http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/questions/prohibited-items.html
click on "report" near the bottom of the page and it should take you to a form but you need to change the header to report listing violation and click on misleading auction title.
You need to be logged into ebay to get through to the page though0
