Seeing as the thought police are playing hard ball, lets try again...
I think that the subject is a little more pressing than a few light hearted comments based around the incredible frustration of being passed from pilau to post.

I will update on the info I was given as soon as I get word - also what email response. As yet, I've not even receive confirmation of email receipt.

Has anyone else been told they'll definitely get the 19" TFT?

    Don't be so sure - I've had Dell call me from India on a Saturday afternoon to sort something out for me.
    You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.

    I've had the same email - a bit more flannel around it, but basically the same message.

    Anybody had anything different? What about the folk who were told they would receive the monitor on the 'phone yesterday, have any of you had anything further by email? :confused:
  • I had no email from dell yet my lcd been issue out so still looking forward to the lcd screen. The only bad thing I still can't log into my internet account and can't see what I have ordered!!. Fingers cross. :beer:
