    Guys I'm out. This kind of tactic constantly and the dissapearance of another poster for no reason is getting tiring.

    A lot of posters have now left simply due to all this in fighting, squabling, and general attacks. Seems we are now left with endless sockies and self congratulations.

    Good luck to you all, whatever your outlook.

    I would say that a Yorkshire pudding would add more to the debate than a sock puppet set up for the sole purpose of thanking.

    most probably cos of the large volumes of bullsh__ that is talked on these forums.

    IMO most bears want a fair and realistic house price, after all why should Person A pay over the odds to Person B, and bail them out of their NE hell.
