    The company I work for has a pool car. It's supposed to be used for visits to customers close to Cincy. But I'm driving it at the moment.
    It's has a relatively small 4L engine and scrapes a tad over 18 to the gallon. Good job I'm paying $2.60/gallon.

  • Hi all, I am going to be travelling across the states by cycle for 3 months from September, I have already got $1400 of travellers cheques but was wondering whether to get the remaining $1600 now (as its gone up since the 1.37 i got back a few months) or to wait until i am in the US or just before i go?

    Yeah. Good luck buddy. A guy I work with, aged 63, cycled across the US last year.
    I think I'd struggle with driving it :)

    As for when to change... who knows... change $800 and gamble with the rate for the remaining $800
