    Credit card is showing that the money has been refunded for the dishwasher. Also bought a hob, money been taken, so definately not getting dishwasher.
    An apology would have been nice, B & Q.

    This is due to a system error on our website which caused us to continue taking orders for the product after our stocks had been exhausted. This model of dishwasher has now been discontinued and consequently B&Q will not be stocking it in the future.

    We apologise for any disappointment this may have caused and confirm that a full refund of monies paid by you for the Zanussi Dishwasher(s) ZDT6053 has now taken place and has been credited back to you via the payment method that you used on our website.

    If you ordered additional items from B&Q at the same time as placing the order for the Zanussi Dishwasher these items will be unaffected by this system error.

    Dear Customer,

    We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept your order for a Zanussi Dishwasher(s) ZDT6053.

    That doesnt 'wash' with me, as they clearly state:

    Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us.

    I'm going to be replying to them that as the item is no longer in stock i require a substitute item with similar specifications or above.

  • I got the same email! Oh well...I won't be pursuing a class action case against them lol.

    I ordered mine at 1am Saturday morning.

    Oh, and they are LYING....money was debited from my account!

    My god give up already, you are NOT going to get a substitute item for the same price. You are wasting your time.
