Suggs nearly 1000 cals in less than an hour OMG im envious lol id be dead if i worked on those levels in a gym!!! i burn about 400 cals in an hour

well on monday i weighed the same as last week grrr how the heck do people stay motivated with a maintain? I avoided junk all week. Ive been so good its unreal despite spending the weekend with my family and being offered crisps and sweets several times, its so frustrating.

Id like to join the august challenge too :) but can i ask what it is lol? cant be bothered to read back too much.

    Oh me, oh my..........

Mrs A came back from her initiation at WW tonight with a funky calculator so we've gone around [STRIKE]synning[/STRIKE] pointing up loads of stuff in the house. I just don't know what to do. SW is much better when it comes to my preferred staple foods as a veggie - rice, pasta, couscous, potatoes etc

BUT, WW is much more helpful at getting a bit of wine down one's neck, which is my big weakness.

I feel like Janus here, not knowing which way to turn.

Ajax - My advice is, if you're still losing on SW, then stick at it. WW is good if you need to control your overeating or can't stand living without bread (my big failing on SW was breakfast and lunches). The only other thing to consider is support for Mrs A. Would it make it easier for you both to be following the same plan? Why don't you try pointing what you do eat every day but still follow SW rules to see how much you're eating. ... setting up a new slimming club - Slimming Watchers!
