Does anyone else get really anxious and uptight as they get closer to their weekly weigh in. Mine is a Monday morning and I just hate a Sunday0
-
My weigh in is tomorrow morning and I always worry what I'm eating the day or so before.
Not sure I could ever do a public weigh in with a diet class either!
This week I decided to buy myself new cereal as toast in the morning just isn't keeping hunger away (9.30 am and I'm hungry and looking for food). Instead I bought porridge (expensive Dorset Cereal version though  ) Have to say I have never really liked porridge (tried the oatso stuff and plain porridge) before but with blueberries and cranberries it is yum. I am quite impressed.
Plus I've only eaten that and my lunch (toasted baked bean sarnies) all day. And I'm still not hungry now - no fruit, no snacks, nothing!! :j
Here's hoping it works next week too when I'm at workworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Thanks guys,
I have kept a close eye on this thread for that past fortnight and just reading everyone's posts and seeing how determined and motivated everyone one is just spurs me on to achieve my goal!
So thankyou everyone and good luck to all :T :T :T"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,
He will kill your cat and nail him to the door"

It makes you feel like you have not done well enough the night before yes because we all hope for good weight loss news and it is the tension of it all:rotfl: :rotfl: mine is a monday also but I hate sundays because if you are not eating your way through it it can be a very long day:rotfl:0 -
Well done maniac :j :j ...
...Victory I have to admit that I couldn't help but laugh at your bizarre day:rotfl: , although I know what panic attacks are like, the first one I had I genuinely thought I was having a heart attack; but what a weird woman (not you! silly) who stuffed the money in your hand for the tickets she must have been desperate. I hope you're feeling okay now...
...starlight I always feel like that too, even when I know that I've stuck rigidly to my diet...
...Well Peeps! I've been and bought some quorn products, there was only a limited supply where I went and they didn't have any of those peppered steaks that were mentioned earlier unfortunately (they sound nice). I bought Tomato and Basil Sausages, Smoky Red Pepper sizzlers and Lamb style grills, all with the complete agreement of MrP :j . I'm quite surprised just how low in calories they are, I hope that they're filling and tasty (or rather, don't taste too weird). I'll let you know how I get on with them as some will be included in my menu plan for the coming week. I really do like this planning lark thingy :j I haven't wasted any food or spent needless money during the week, and it's all down to you lovely lot :T ...
xxxxI wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latterbut my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!
