Edit: Well, the site opened, but I couldn't get at the Quickmatch Sunshine. Now I'm getting "connection was reset".

Might be worth checking your accounts. I just checked mine and 2900 points had be credited for 20 or so surveys - I've only done 5 or so in the last month so perhaps they've backdated some older ones that I never got credited with previously.

Happy days, have just ordered my £25 HMV voucher. Perhaps they're finally getting there act together.

Just wondering if anyone completed the breast augmentation questionaire on 20 March?
If so did yo receive your points for it?
It promised 550 poin6ts as it was about 30 minutes long, but I haven't had my points for it. I've emailed them twice and not had a reply!

by the time i had finished the survey i had been logged out and didnt get the points so i emailed them and there was a glitch in the system and they credited my points which i cashed into paypal straight away lol...

email them again...

I've emailed them again, Is there a quicker/easier way to email lightspeed, only way I could find is through faffing about.

I was looking forward to getting the points as it meant with the 550 in my account I could treat myself. (it's my birthday this week):D

happy birthday, you should get the points, i know its a pain having to chase them up but they will credit the points...as soon as i had a reply the points were in my account....:bdaycake:

I've been having nothign but problems with lightspeed. First voucher I got I had to chase and eventually got it a coupld of weeks late. Second voucher ordered in october never got a code and emailed twice until I finally got a reply in feb!!! Finally got my code, applied for vouchers and that was 16th of feb-ish and still nothing through. Have enough points for another voucher and found they've changed the rewards and none of them now suit me, I don't shop in hmv or amazon and don't use paypal...think I'm going to stop doing their surveys shortly.
