You can tell I am infrequent ebayer

I just went into Ebay using an old ebay id account and entered max bid as 999.99 . Someone has outbid me now though but just going to enter another bid for £5k , yeah , just done it and am now the high bidder again . :rotfl:
Baby Thomas born 3 months early by emergency section on 21/1/09 weighing 1lb 15ozs .
Thomas came home after 3 months and 2 days in hospital weighing 5lb 15ozs
    Thomas weighed 21lb 4ozs on his 1st birthday , a total weight gain of 18lbs 5ozs !

Would I be right in saying that if the winner doesn't pay and also doesn't answer any emails the seller will have to wait 7 days for the listing fee and final price fee back? ;)
  • I must say, when you ask for help on here some of you guys are amazing! Talk about organised response! Fantastic. I just hope I never have the misfortune to P$ss Poppy9 off. Wow! You're like a one-person battalion!

The only thing that worries me is I hope no-one is going to get into trouble from E-bay for putting in duff bids or something as that would be a bit of a bad conclusion to this affair. I don't know who it is but someone has bid over £2000 now!

Me thinks this person will have a relist asap.....

yep - 7 days to get fees back after the dispute has started, which is 7 days after winning, and when the seller starts the NPB, remember to REPLY to it so you can leave that scumbag his negative feedback.
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

  • What a pity that ebay do not separate the feedback for sellers and buyers, it would give the less wary a better chance of avoiding the scum.
He would have 100% from sellers and 50% from buyers, that would be much more revealing.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
