I say no so often, of course I do otherwise I would not have lost 7 1/2 stone but still have no control?
Turns out way past middle age and I have still no control, no peace, no solution.
Victory you CAN'T say you have no control. You have enormous self control almost the entire time. You aren't perfect, and thank goodness for that. Perfcet people would be unbearable, you're human and you love your food and always will. It will probably always be a battle, but it's one that you will almost always win. Don't beat yourself up when just now and then you fail to meet the impossible standards that you set yourself. And don't expect anyone who doesn't have to fight this battle to truly understand - your OH will never 'get it'. But I do and I think you're a marvellous role model.Ahah!! i know what kind of bloke you are now eric! Some of my male friends are of this origin.
So now tell me, Vix, what kind of bloke does that make Eric? Apart from a very expert nutritional person as he obviously is!
