Opened up a sachet of conditioner this evening. It will do tomorrow night too. It's a John Frieda one. Loving the shampoo, not so sure about the conditioner though. I'm sure the brown one had pearls in didn't it?

It's lush isn't it? I bought some a couple of weeks ago after my foundation went awol and I wanted to try something new. I too was lured by the Benefit girls but I'm glad I was. This is my new favourite thing. I love it! :T
Im almost a total benefit convert - so much so that Im tempted to have my make-up thing with the girls next monday in the hope that it will still be there on Tuesday when i see the ex.... probably a HUGE ask of anyones skills though ! :rotfl:Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -

You know the punishment, lines for you young lady:D:pNo spends today but I have finished a No7 eyeshadow trio. So need to get another one out of my stash.
Will have to repaint my nails as I left it too late to do a top coat on Thursday night so it is all fading at the ends. my own fault really but I like the colour so will just do the tips and then put a top coat on.
really need to colour my hair but will leave that until tomorrow night when I have a bit more time.
I dont think ive ever managed to finish an eyeshadow properly, they have either gone way past their sell by date:o or crumbled/ been dropped etc.You laugh because I'm different......I laugh cause I just farted!

I don't want to get into the buying for the sake of buying again. I'm really enjoying using up all the lovley things I've got though but this challenge has really made me think about how drawn I am to getting what I think is a deal (which it isn't if I don't need it) and how much I used toiletries to 'treat myself'.
I must confess I did buy a brand new sealed body shop 200ml coconut shimmer body butter from the carboot this morning for 50p but it was bought with the intention of ebaying, so I'm not counting it as a blip
I use to buy the toiletries to treat myself too, unfortunately i have now moved onto chocolate:eek: and i also do buy a few bargains to ebay to try and stay spend neutral (?)I was innocently walking throgh Boots on Friday at lunchtime and was asked by the Benefit girl if I would like to try their new blusher... I had nothing to do, so I ended up getting my face done, which looked really good (even skin tone etc)... Anyway, I don't have a foundation that I like and I really need/want the perfect foundation... so I ended up buying the 'Some Kinda Gorgeous' foundation faker with points (so free)!! She tried a brow pencil on me too (I am fair skinned and haired and have minimal eyebrows) which I also loved, but can't afford. I do have a No7 voucher though, so I might buy their brow pencil - has anyone tried this (or would anyone recommend this???)???
I am trying really hard, but not being completely successful... but I am also really minimising the non essential buys!!!
Im not sure wether the shades would suit you as you need to go try in store to get an idea, but i do like the texture and it does go on well for me, also it has a little brush on the end that i use befor and after using the pencil end, hth.CompletelyLost wrote: »Afternoon,
Felt guilty this afternoon so have listed some skincare minis on ebay... if they all sell then I should make about £20, which will almost cancel out the £25 I've spent on toiletries so far this month.
Also almost finished a P&P night cream. Really not impressed... good job it was free. I'm also using P&P intense beauty serum. Again, don't feel like it does anything - feels a bit too runny?!
I'm going to paint my nails now as they're finally starting to grow again :j

yay-I have managed to sell 3 benefit items brand new unused, 2 dior makeup items from my silly spending days and a quarter used perfume which has nearly reached the price I originally paid.I now have enough to treat myself to some ghds, an item I can actually use instead of just having nicely packaged makeup gathering dust on my my dressing table.
Also used up a shower gel, a shampoo and a colgate toothpaste today.
I'm feeling very smug, hehe.
Well done Sonee:T have been doing some ebaying but am a bit bored with it at the mo, sure it will change soon though.Queen_of_NO_MATTER_WHAT wrote: »I love the fcuk whipped body cream, it's on my list of things to buy when I've used up the gazillion other body butters I've got, personally I don't rate the righteous butter but the daily smooth Ithat and the fcuk body cream are on par with eachother in my book
Ooh i love the Fcuk whipped body cream its very luxurious, but dh prefers the righteous butter, says it smells very sweet:)I ALMOST fell completely off the waggon today - so whoever it was that gazumped me for the benefit make up on ebay, (if you are on here!) THANKYOU !!!!!

NaB- It could well have been me misreading! Was it you who tried the hair remover thingy (not an immobiliser but that's the word that springs to mind) on your bikini line?

Over the weekend i bought some Avene products, i was coming to the end of some neals yead stuff iv'e been using for awhile and had the urge to try something else. Just hope it helps. Has anyone else used Avene before?
Hi Part Mouse, I'm using Avene it the minute. I've got quite sensitive skin, which is prone to flare ups now and again, and I never have any trouble using Avene, even when my skin has broken out. It's very gentle, the only trouble I have is the light moisturiser is a bit too light for winter, but I think they've brought out a much richer one.
Jacjac, I've got the Benefit brow pencil, and while it goes on really easily and looks good, it doesn't last two minutes, and it's so easy to accidentally rub it off.0 -
