Have to confess i did buy a couple of new products. I suffer with acne and have for about 17 years now. Over the weekend i bought some Avene products, i was coming to the end of some neals yead stuff iv'e been using for awhile and had the urge to try something else. Just hope it helps. Has anyone else used Avene before?0

so I might buy their brow pencil - has anyone tried this (or would anyone recommend this???)???
I'm fair and pale, yet brave but, this is too dark for me. (I have to use an eyebrow pencil as I have very, very few eyebrows of my own...I am hypothyroid and we often don't have ends to our eyebrows)
IMHO you are better with a much lighter brown pencil from a budget range.. and I say that as a queen of hh end make up: somethings cheap is best and they include eyebrow pencils, and imo, non water proof liquid eyeliner...get the palest colour you can for fair eyebrows.0 -
Afternoon,
Felt guilty this afternoon so have listed some skincare minis on ebay... if they all sell then I should make about £20, which will almost cancel out the £25 I've spent on toiletries so far this month.
Also almost finished a P&P night cream. Really not impressed... good job it was free. I'm also using P&P intense beauty serum. Again, don't feel like it does anything - feels a bit too runny?!
I'm going to paint my nails now as they're finally starting to grow again :j0 -
Well last night I finished a fcuk whipped bodycream WIBIA - yes! I love the smell and the texture and IMHO is better than the S&G Righteous Butter but I've gallons of this to use up before I buy any more.
I've alos snipped off the end of FCUK body scrub and a Time Delay hand cream to use up the dregs. WIBIA - yes to both but as before plenty others to use up before I buy anymore!Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -
yay-I have managed to sell 3 benefit items brand new unused, 2 dior makeup items from my silly spending days and a quarter used perfume which has nearly reached the price I originally paid.I now have enough to treat myself to some ghds, an item I can actually use instead of just having nicely packaged makeup gathering dust on my my dressing table.
Also used up a shower gel, a shampoo and a colgate toothpaste today.
I'm feeling very smug, hehe.Love can tame the wildest0 -

I love the fcuk whipped body cream, it's on my list of things to buy when I've used up the gazillion other body butters I've got, personally I don't rate the righteous butter but the daily smooth Ithat and the fcuk body cream are on par with eachother in my book
*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -
I ALMOST fell completely off the waggon today - so whoever it was that gazumped me for the benefit make up on ebay, (if you are on here!) THANKYOU !!!!!
well done everyone -Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -
NSD for me today.
Had a PYN sunday this eveing as my nails were looking so yucky. Have got a Rimmel 366 beige on tonight as its a good practical colour for work. Am going to try and alternate light and dark colours to avoid staining on my nails.
Didn't put any make up on today as wanted to give my skin a rest as it isn't used to being clogged up every day. Cleaned and toned this morning and then the same this evening so skin is feeling very soft.0 -

Putting on a base coat should stop that from happening.
