M&S gifts under £5 and over 70% off (hidden on site)

I have spent several days - yes days not hours ordering many many items only for all bar 1 orders to be removed from my history and that has been made up of bits and pieces for the many other orders.

I am only getting 6 of the items I ordered according to my invoice. I ordered around 30 things but they just jumped from my basket. It wouldn't surprise me if some of the items on my invoice end up oos.

I too have spents 2 days on and off looking through the site and am totally fed up

Yep - 2 freebies. I think I was told to keep them because I didn't ask for anything or shout at the customer services bod!
M&S have obviously had a lot of grief from some people about these sofas and footstools. Each to their own - I certainly don't want to sound preachy, but I just find it incredulous that some people actually believed they'd get a sofa and are then prepared to strongly argue for it.
Don't get me wrong, it would have been LOVELY, and we may have kinda hoped - but we all really knew we wouldn't get them. The majority of the replies on the other thread knew it was a giggle, probably initially aided by New Year's spirit of one kind or another!
