Keep seeing things I want - but don't want to pay £3.50 delivery for just one item!!!!
Me too, I thought I was on 1click but when I added to it it started another order off and added postageLife is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0 -

There's another thread re these wonderful furniture deals, which loads of us chanced our hand at on New Years Eve.
Needless to say, they don't exist. The wrong picture is shown against the product code and M&S are perfectly within their legal rights to say they're not liable or obliged to send us all a sofa!
To be honest, most of us knew we wouldn't really get a sofa or footstool and it was a huge giggle just to wait and see what turned up.
My 'sofa' turned up this morning - a glass etched bird shaped wall hook...a bit uncomfortable to sit on to say the least, but my Mum will love it. I eagerly await my 'footstool' (which is en route). I, and M&S, have absolutely no idea what is on its way.....
Others have received glass vases and pen pots !
M&S Customer Services have refunded me in full for both 'furniture' items and have advised me to keep the items I was sent.
I think it's also worth mentioning that when I was on the phone Customer Services, they thanked me for my 'pleasant understanding' of the incorrect items being advertised and delivered. They've quite clearly had some unpleasant phone calls from some 'furniture' buyers - which I find incredible. When we were all ordering the sofabeds from New Years Eve onwards, it was quite clear we all pretty much knew we wouldn't get them - it was just a bit of fun to see what happened. It's pretty sad to think that some (and I'm sure it's a very small minority) are now trying to pull a fast one with M&S and bully them into providing a sofabed/footstool.
C'mon people - we knew it wasn't real. Take and leave it for what it was - a bit of fun.0 -
I bought a limited collection handbag instore today, reduced from £79 to £9. Can't find a link to it online but there is one for sale on ebay if anyone would like a picture (item: 350298857640). Although not to everyones taste it does look nicer in 'real life' than in the picture.

ordered 8 things on the 4th JAN, got email on 6th to say items expected on 13th, then email to say 5 now out of stock, emailed to ask if they willing to offer reduced PP as would not have ordered for only 3 items and said no. not willing to pay 3.50 postage for £5 of items so asked them to cancel. Assume this is ok under distant selling rules0

I think ou may have posted this on the wrong thread as no one over here is complaining about what they got.
I do agree with you though."I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. Well against my better judgement I just tried the one-click bit again. My main (first bit) order was despatching 14th Jan. I then added a pair of trousers about 5 minutes later, and suddenly two items of jewellery from the first part of the order are now showing as delivery estimate 1st March! If I had just left it alone, presumably they would still have the original delivery date of 14th Jan.0

Its not badly designed at all. The sale has finished therefor there isnt a link to sale items. They do however still have reduced items on their site but as there is no direct link to a reduced or sale part then you have to search manually to find things
Thanks to all the peeps who have posted links though:A
