So tho' its been fun, in reality I have probably wasted a huge amount of time and am no better off for it!!

Me too, I have wasted so much time on this although to be honest its only because I have been stuck in with the schools being closed because of the snow

I must have been very lucky because out of 6 orders with approx 40 items, up to now ( 1 order received and 3 shown as despatched) none of the items have been OOS.

No, you need to phone c/s to get a refund on del charge. In store they will only refund the actual cost of the itens you are returning.

In store today I saw lots of the Let it Snow range, all at 50p, lots of ends of clothes, Loads of underwear. Bought 2 lovely scarves for my girls ( marked £7 and £5 respectively in the sales, bought for £1 each, a girls snazzy belt (50p) , £1 charm bracelet (lovely) and 2 hair slides for £1 ( not so nice but red as is school uniform). Paid £4.50 so fairly pleased

As an aside, saw LOADS of stock in BOOTS which isn't shifting - they will have to reduce the price soon to move it - so keep checking!

Last time I returned something to my local M&S she automatically refunded the delivery charge
Maybe it varies from store to store?

sorry I might be wrong. Whenever I have spoken to c/s I have had to 'fight' (albeit not very hard) for a delivery refund, even when I am returing all of the items. I thought it was not their policy to refund delivery charges.
Sorry if I'm wrong though
