Still very new to this so need some more help!

Just done a GFK rail ticket job and entered my results. After I'd submitted the questionnaire I realised I don't know where I should be sending my ticket for reimbursement! I 've looked everywhere for assignment paperwork and can't seem to find it - must have picked it up by mistake when clearing up!

Please can someone help me, perhaps with an address?

Sorry but I have never done a rail job so not sure where to send the tickets.

Was going to look to do a few jobs next week cause I'm bored and fed up but after today I changed my mind. Beached whale comes to mind. Got stuck on my back in bed last night and had to roll so I could turn over. DH thought it was hysterical Ppplleeaassee let this baby be early. Another 2 weeks seems like a lifetime. Was gutted as well cause all the restaurant/pub jobs came up on TNS and loads are by me but there is no way with the dates I'd be able to do them. Have to keep an eye out next month!!

And what's with the smileys?? Managed to see sinders' but can't see anyone elses. Been like this for a few days. I'll try one too just for luck

And no - can't see my smiley!!
  • Heeeeellllllpppppp!!!!!

Just got back from buying that bucket meal for Gap. One of the first questions is the store number - from the receipt??? Where on the receipt? Anyone?

There are loads of numbers but none actually say STORE. Does anyone have any idea where abouts on the receipt it has the store number, or what letters might indicate the store number? Pleeeeeeease!
  • Did a mobile phone store for Gap on Friday. Have done loads and loads of the same jobs before and never had a problem.

Today I get an email from them:

    Dear *Tractorgirl327*,

Thank you for expressing assignment *number*.

To ensure we clearly understand your in-store experience, occasionally we are required to confirm your shopper reports.

To do this, we must collect additional information before we can send your report onto the client.

This is done to ensure we provide our client with constructive feedback on ways to improve their customer experiences. This is also an opportunity to pro-actively address potential queries that may arise.

It would be appreciated if you could please answer our questions within 24hrs (1 day). Unfortunately if we don’t hear from you a re-shop will be required and payments will not be processed.

To avoid this, please reply to this email urgently, by clicking on the ‘reply’ button.

To help us confirm your report, please elaborate on your experience for the following areas:

    Sections:

    Exploring – Q.No -8.
    Recommending – Q.No -14,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,25,27 and 28.
    Delivering –Q.No -29,30,32,33 and 34.
Thank you for your prompt assistance.

    Best regards,

This has really pee-d me off. All the questions are ones which i replied "No" to. No, the assistant didn't fill in the required form. No, she didn't mention hands free kits. No, she didn't encourage me to buy. etc etc. Why should I have to give them extra info when I never have before? I'm inclined to reply and say how much extra are they going to pay me for the additional info.

I've had one of these before where they asked me to expand on what I had said. Basically I just replied saying "in relation to 14,17,18 etc the Sales Assistant was not very helpful as she didn't mention/fill in the form, offer me free kits or encourage me to buy. The SA was generally unhelpful.

If you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me (lol!!!)

I then get an emial back saying - thanks very much that's exactly what we were looking for (??)

I always put in the address; i.e. 123 Anystreet.
    Never had a problem ;)

Swanmouse, the last page of your questionnaire that you print is a form to attach the tickets to to return to GFK. You need to complete the form, attach tkts and then post to a freepost address. Also do't forget to put job no. in top left corner of envelope

I've already done it, unfortunately - I just put in a number at the top of the receipt but now I've realised there is a number on the assignment notes which may or may not be the store number - anyway it's probably a better number to use than the one I did use. Is there any way to amend the report now that I've submitted it?

    Hi,

Was very interested to see this as I had the same query last week and the day after I had sat and replied to all of the questions again was told I would not be paid after all. It was my first and my last assignment for GAP

What was their excuse for not paying you? I'm a bit worried about this one (only my 2nd assignment for Gap) because I was unsure if I had to buy an extra bottle of water/orange on top - I've emailed them twice asking for clarification and had no reply so I'm a bit worried they'll complain I did something wrong.
