  • Sorry about this but I just need to do a little test to see if the smiley I was trying to use before is working... :j :rotfl:

Edit... now that IS weird! Up above this I included the shrugging shoulders smiley and the jumping up and down smiley as well as the rolling one. But when I posted it all I can see is the rolling one. I can see all 3 there as I type this edit, but can only see one when I post it.

Have you checked your times tarry up with the times on the receipt and that you have the right date? Have you made sure that even for questions where it is n/a that there is nothing for you to tick in the side box? Sorry that is as clear as mud - but you know you can say yes, no or n/a and then there is also a box where you can tick little boxes - like a) the person smiled, b) person smiled and danced etc?

It's telling me that the receipt time is before shop time in.

Which seeing as how the job was for lunch between 12-2pm and my receipt shows 12:10:35 PM I don't know how

What have you put as your own time in and time out on the report - not what it says on the receipt?

yeah sussed it thanks for the idea cookinmummy

My watch time was different to McDs so when they took my time off for waiting in line it looked as though I had started queuing before I arrived.
Worked backwards to change my arrival time.
Who said the MS stuff was easy ?????

Although I now only realised the reimbursed expense is less than what the meal i 'had to buy' actually costs !
Is this the usual with these things?
  • Still very new to this so need some more help!

Just done a GFK rail ticket job and entered my results. After I'd submitted the questionnaire I realised I don't know where I should be sending my ticket for reimbursement! I 've looked everywhere for assignment paperwork and can't seem to find it - must have picked it up by mistake when clearing up!

Please can someone help me, perhaps with an address?
