I just got a reply back from the site regarding a few questions i had about divx and tv connections:-

Thank you for contacting us.

This connects to a TV through AV/SCART connections.

It is not DivX compatible although it does play MPEG4 formats.

There are no firmware upgrades available for the consumer unfortunately.

(I thought DivX was a subset of MPEG4, does anyone know more on this?)

    Just ordered a black one for. Came to £15.26 including VAT.

    its also FREE delivery, and paid via paypal which was all done in a few clicks.

    Also bear in mind this is refurbished and not household name, infact I don't know what make it is....the 30w output made me go for it, not too tinny!
