I just received an email from unbeatablegadgets.com they are selling refurbished DVD micro-systems, here are the features;
* DVD player with FM Scan radio
* Built-in amplifier and two speakers of total 15WX2 output
* Mp3 function
* MPEG 4
* VFD display
* PAL/NTSC compatibility
* Resume & zoom function

I just got a reply back from the site regarding a few questions i had about divx and tv connections:-
Thank you for contacting us.
This connects to a TV through AV/SCART connections.
It is not DivX compatible although it does play MPEG4 formats.
There are no firmware upgrades available for the consumer unfortunately.

Just ordered a black one for. Came to £15.26 including VAT.
its also FREE delivery, and paid via paypal which was all done in a few clicks.0 -

Also bear in mind this is refurbished and not household name, infact I don't know what make it is....the 30w output made me go for it, not too tinny!0 -
I just phoned them up, they say that the 2007 RRP for these are £110 and £1150
