? Amazon price poss?£5 if through a bookshop.
Its plantlife only - nothing unsuitable for vegetarians;)
On another topic - Yategirl and Weezl...I noted Weezl's comment re possibly going to a Freeconomy event and today on tv was "Sunday Life" - with a decent-size bit on Freeconomy/Lets/Freecycle (just got bits on teenagers going to school proms and section on bellringing first - its the 3rd segment of the programme):

Hi weezl, read the whole of your other thread and loved it.
I also will be doing my own version of this challenge, but where your doing 50p pp per day I`ll be cheating and doing £1pp.
Lately my shopping bill has incressed to about £60 a week for myself,1 teeenager,1 fussy scrawny 5 year old and a boyfriend who stays over 4-5 nights a week and never stops troffing.
I have quite a full store cupboard and freezer so the £28 pw should be very easy for the first few weeks, after that it will be serious meal planning and portion control.
I am looking forward in following this thread and I wish you the best of luck in your challenge.xDebt Free Date:10/09/2007 :j :money:0 -
have made the coconut cake from earlier posts and just eaten a slice warm formn the oven and its yummy!:T thanks for the recipe!
all this talk of eating snails is making me feel_pale_ yuk - (I dont eat meat anyway so there's no way on earth I could eat a snail  )Do what you love :happyhear0 -
We had some paying guests in June, one of them was veggie so it was difficult to find any suitable restaurants, most French people are strictly carnivore. On the last night they went out and what did she have for a starter? SNAILS!:rotfl:
