My computer will not allow me online access to either of my bank accounts or my Amazon account.

Who is your Internet Service Provider (AOL) ?
and what Browser are you using and have you enabled cookies.

I have tried both firefox and IE

No cookies enabled that I am aware of.

I haven't made any changes to the system since I last banked.

Something is refusing to allow the connection.

Well go to the link save it again and when prompted to save it you will find where it went without the need to save it again, or just run it straight away..

Should of studied more at home to learn how to do this.. :rotfl:

Found it all boxes are checked.
Which do I need to uncheck in
Internet Explorer
Windows Explorer
System

None leave them all checked if you uncheck it wont be washed...

Change the settings to this as this is better..

My first thought too.

Nope....its the same with two banks and amazon. Even with direct links through e-mails.

Computer will not allow me to bank.
