Where to get cheap plastic pots?

Not too sure if anyone can help me, but i'm looking for about 60 8"-10" plastic pots for my tomatoes and peppers (all of the seeds sprouted & I can't stand to ditch any).

They seem really expensive even in Wilkinson, just wondered if anyone has clocked any bargains on their travels.

Wyevale have a 'recycle' bin for trays, pots, etc so worth checking out if there's one near you. I think you can help yourself, just ask.

Try your local garden centre, Mine gives away free plastic pots, free crocks, and once a flood even free plants.

Not something I'd normally recommend, but eBay seem to have some cheap lots. ;)
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

I just bought some from Wilkinsons, but not sure they'll last. They are the plastic terracotta style ones, about 99p for 1 10" one.

Otherwise put a wanted on freecycle. I think people struggle to give them away, so might be worth a try if you're not fussy about styles and colour.

//edit - oops just saw you tried wilkinsons.

After seeing your post I asked at our local ASDA and the lady at Customer Services said they reuse them.

    Will try Morrisons instead.

I bought some from the garden superstore online this year. They were good, the pots good quality and fast delivery.
