I am looking for some very cheap ideas for packed lunches.
I am not eating bread at the moment and I have been having soup and jacket pots for the last month and don't think I could face anymore this month!
I usually have dinner at either my Mums or sisters so can't make extra in my dinner for the next day.
I want low fat ideas as I could do with loosing some more weight.
Does anyone have any good ideas? Also I don't really eat meat and I don't like tuna..................................

Ricecakes and cheese? Fruit and yoghurt? Breakfast cereal? Batch cook risotto at the weekend and freeze in tubs? The ability of skinny old ladies to carry huge loads is phenomenal. An ant can carry one hundred times its own weight, but there is no known limit to the lifting power of the average tiny eighty-year-old Spanish peasant grandmother.0

Oatcakes or ryvita with a small tub of home-made topping - egg mayo, grated cheese, chicken mayo, chopped salad or whatever you fancy. Also cooked pasta with sauce and chopped veg especially if you can heat it up in a microwave.
I also try to make a big fruit salad and take it to work in a small portions - it gives you more of a selection of fruit, than taking one banana or apple etc.0 -
Just remembered something else, I make up in a small tub : sultanas, sunflower seeds, nuts, pumpkin seeds and if you have any other dried fruit like cranberries or chopped dates or apricots this is a really nice snack which you can eat at your desk to give you energy and is low in fat.:j0
