Ryvitas/crispbread/oatcakes etc
with......... Cottage cheese/hummous (real easy to make HM low fat version)/low fat soft cheese etc
and...........tomatoes/cucumber/celery/peppers etc
Make a bit of effort to meke it look nice for yourself, and it feels like more of a treat!!
Make up a low-fat dip (hummous, fromage frais with herbs or lemon juice & black pepper or pesto, yoghurt with Thai spice powder mixed in etc) and chop up some carrots, cucumber celery etc - munch away for ages for very few calories - and no carbs!! (Unless you add breadsticks, sliced pittas etc. mmmm!)"...I, being poor, have only my dreams;

I don't know exactly... I'm following a GI diet at the minute... No white bread for meBut I am ok with wholegrain/granary and it says I am ok with Wraps and Pittas so don't think they are AS bad but I still keep them in moderation anyway
