    Hi - the code didn't work for me. I have tried several different reactivation codes now over the past couple of days and nothing is working for me. I am a previous customer but I cancelled my account about 18 months ago now so don't understand it.

    Is there some special method to it? :confused:

    this is an old code - i've been 2 months without dvd's after my last free trial so the code is at least 5 months old
