HSBC quidco bonus refused

have just heard from quidco that HSBC have refused to pay the £20 bonus for opening a savings account back in January.

have put a complaint into HSBC - we shall see what happens.

anybody else had the same experience ?

    Mine didn't go through at the time, so I had to put in an enquiry and wait for ages. But they are paying me, I've just had it added this morning.

    Just got a confirmation from Quidco today. Added the £20 for my HSBC application back in January.

    Had mine rejected too. Nothing much that can be done about it I guess - will be closing that account probably - don't really need it anyway...

    I had mine refused too! Didnt take a not of the transaction number.
    Where did you companin about it at HSBC?

    How do you find out the transaction number? I submitted my Earnings Enquiry without it.

    My HSBC BonusSaver cashback has been labeled as "Unsuccessful" after I made an enquiry on Quidco. Even though my account was opened and funded back in January. Is it worth complaining to Quidco, or only HSBC directly? After all it was Quidco who offered the incentive for opening the account.

    HSBC did pay for my current account when the same thing happened with quidco. So do complain to them about the refusal and they should feel obliged to meet it with the savings account. See here
