Well, some will be going on my pancakes tomorrow, but I have a lot left from Christmas. Can I make ice-cream with it? And if so, any ideas of how much to put in? Any other ideas for using this up, in a cake maybe or rice pudding? Can't really justify lots of super-posh puddings but any ideas very welcome!!

    Ness.
  • Me, I'd get a glass, stick some ice in it and drink my night away!!

just a thought, im not an expert but I wouldnt have thought it would cook well because its made with raw egg. It also has rather a curdle factor.

Use it in coffee in place of milk; enjoy with a big bar of chocolate.

There's no need to use it up. It will still be fine next Christmas (and probably the one after that too:D )

My comment is the opposite of this: You have a bottle of Bailey's left over from Christmas?!
