Hi - not a big fan of drinking Bailey's but wondered if there was a cake or pud I could make...any ideas gratefullyt received!

Or....................there is a recipe for a Baileys Cheesecake on here somewhere. I havent time to do a link right now, prehaps a fellow reader could help. You could always do a search in the recipe section. I would take Boomdockers advice if I were you, as once you open it, the bottle will have to be used within a few weeks, any birthdays coming up in the family soon? Might be worth hanging on to to give away as a gift rather than open it, use it once then having to throw it out, I hate waste, especially alcohol related waste :rotfl:

mix half a pint of baileys in a blender with two litres of ice cream ,a shot of creme de menthe and 3 orio cookies then serve in a tall glass with a straw,we make this at bbq's and always end up getting thru 3 litres of baileys,even the grandparents like it.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
