PM me for my postal address. ;)

Nice drizzled over ice cream for a pudding. Diluted with coconut milk, or ice ceam again for a milkshake.

I love Baileys. Mix it with cream and freeze it for a nice ice cream.

Or....................there is a recipe for a Baileys Cheesecake on here somewhere. I havent time to do a link right now, prehaps a fellow reader could help. You could always do a search in the recipe section. In any case the recipe has been tried and tested here in the house of Kiwi and I can honestly say its DELISH!!!!!!!!!

I would take Boomdockers advice if I were you, as once you open it, the bottle will have to be used within a few weeks, any birthdays coming up in the family soon? Might be worth hanging on to to give away as a gift rather than open it, use it once then having to throw it out, I hate waste, especially alcohol related waste :rotfl:

Maybe it's worth trying it in coffee or hot chocolate? (I'm a bit partial to that actually.)

mix half a pint of baileys in a blender with two litres of ice cream ,a shot of creme de menthe and 3 orio cookies then serve in a tall glass with a straw,we make this at bbq's and always end up getting thru 3 litres of baileys, even the grandparents like it.
