    Pretty nice built in battery life (8 hours with screen on, 11 when off).
    They promised the earth...and delivered mud. Technically though it did meet the spec.

    Looks like a standard cheap MP3/4 player so should be OK. There are a lot of variations using the same guts on the market and people seem pretty happy.

    Here's what I know about the video playback on these devices:
    It also supports the amv video format which is a bit more compressed than mtv format but still pretty big. This probably comes with software to convert whatever you've got to the right format. My daughter has a player that uses the same chipset (I suspect) and an episode of The Simpsons works out about 60MB. Remember though, this is a 1" screen so it won't look brilliant - video playback on this device is more of a gimmick than anything else but kids love it.

    Makes a good stocking filler for £20.00 though.

    I'd never seen one that plays vids and displays photos as well as MP3 for anything like £20.00 before.

    Ideal to load up with pics of the kids and give to Nan or MIL.
