No doubt TCB will reply saying the reason why A.W crop up so often re declines is thats who supply most of the cashback offers.
Looks like best thing I can do is complain direct to Origin Broadband about cashback contract misselling.
8 February 2017
Complaint About Cashback Contract Misselling
On 4th October I decided to take out Origin Broadband Line and Broadband 12 Month Contract with 12 Months paid upfront in response to www.topcashback.co.uk advertising/promoting 35.00 cashback incentive on Origin Broadband behalf.
Approx 4 months later I discovered this tracked transaction had been rejected
04 Oct 2016 £172.49 £35.35 declined
Are Origin Broadband aware of the definition of "cashback"
The Definition
“Cashback-
· a form of incentive offered to buyers of certain products whereby they receive a cash refund after making their purchase.”
Why has my cashback been rejected?
Will Origin Broadband please pay me the advertised promoted cashback without further delay and compensate me for apparent failure in not doing so in the first instance which has caused me to have to complain to you0 -
Hi,
I signed up to EE broadband and anytime call package on Sunday evening through Topcashback.
The £125 hasn't tracked yet.
How long does it take to track? I have proof i did it correctly and have pictures showing the tracking in the address bar etc.
Also, Quidco are giving £137.50 for the same transaction. However, because it is not showing yet i can't submit a highest cashback guarantee claim!
Please sort this out. I await your reply.
Thank you0 -
Hey everyone,
I hope you are all looking forward to the weekend.
@springblossom28 – Don’t worry it can take 7 days to track. I would advise you to take a screenshot of the higher offer seen elsewhere. As long as we can see the offer was available on that date we will be able to award the cashback - even if a claim is needed.
@BristolLeedsFan – Please follow the correct processes to query declined commission and lodge a Claim via the Customer Care section of your account if you haven’t already done so.
Best wishes,

So when it works it works, no drama, no intervention needed.
So GOOD FOR AA CREDIT CARD TCB.
Just that Co-op Bank TCB sitting there week after week!
At least I've got the money to buy it a first birthday cake now, only 9 weeks to go:)
Now my Tesco credit card TCB has become payable, a week before the estimate!:D so thumbs up for both AA credit card and Tesco who have both paid out early having met all their stipulations and no action required by me, unlike with er....... you know what's coming next, yes my Co-op Bank nearly 44 week old matured nay Vintage cashback that just won't payout however many times I mention it.0 -
Hey everyone,
@ JPears – There can be many reasons why a transaction wont track on any cashback site. I am sorry you feel such an occurrence is limited to us as I can assure you it’s not. The cashback site doesn’t track a purchase back to them. The merchant joins a cashback network and they track the commission back to the company it believes is eligible initially. Their network works with all the different cashback sites and commission sources and tracks the transaction and obtains the payment for that transaction. This is why cashback does and will continue to go untracked on other cashback sites.
I hope this helps everyone.
Best wishes,
Matt
2 in my opinion.
Merchants or their affiliates are incompetent , lazy or just plain dishonest in their cashback dealings.
Topcashback - see above.
The latest usual lame excuse from TCB
"Hi there,
After looking into your claim further for you, I am sorry to tell you that your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction.
As I am sure you can appreciate, if we have not been identified as the last referral, the merchant does not pay the cashback to ourselves so we are unable to pass this back onto you. Unfortunately, as this is the nature of cashback, we cannot guarantee that you will always be successful in retrieving your cashback, although we do strive to recover as many as the missing claims as we can.
Please be assured that we have tried our hardest to recover your expected cashback for this claim by exploring all channels with no success.
I am very sorry that we were unable to claim your expected cashback for you on this occasion and we are as disappointed as you on this decision.
I hope future transactions run smoothly for you in the future.
Best Wishes,
Alex"
I don't do anything from one click through to the next and on diferent pCs/laptops with different IPs etc. The occasional transaction goes through without complication. The majority require a query or chase up. An increasing number are rejected or declined out of hand.
The many reasons? See above.
Still awaiting cashback of £33 from AutoEurope on carhire paid for in April 2016, completed September 2016 and estimated payment May 2017!
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLEIf you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

44 weeks now and still not Payable.
The silence is deafening. I don't even know why I'm waiting so long.

Hi everyone, I've recently started using TopCashback and I have a question. When the funds clear and I transfer them to my account do I then receive emails from the vendor or companies? I want to avoid starting to receive spam emails from people I have used once the funds are claimed. Or do people generally not hear anything from the companies once the money has been claimed?0

No spamming. It will be as you set your Privacy agreements with the company itself as their customer, ditto TCB as their customer.0 -
Hi everyone,
@ Yorkshire Pud – It’s great to hear your other transactions are progressing with quite some pace behind them.
@ JPears – Sorry you feel the independent tracking network is untracking things deliberately as this is not the case. If you would like me to look into anything in particular please email me direct at mse@topcashback.co.uk
@User123456789 – Welcome to TopCashback. Your query will really relate back to the merchant who you used and their own policies. Once you have purchased through us the merchant may send you different deals / communication but you can normally opt out of these.
As for most cashback rates we are paid for you purchasing and not joining emails etc it should be ok to unsubscribe from these if you so wish. You can also reduce the number of emails received via TopCashback on the Email preferences section of your account.
Best wishes,
