Watch this space - there is going to be a new campaign group being launched VERY soon - it is time Ofcom did what it is paid to do, and these big companies complied with the rules!
  • @RC well whatever it is, if you need my support, you know where I am, heh along with the rest of us I imagine :P

I never really looked into this industry to know how dirty it really is. Count me in!!! I am always up for standing up against these big organisations.

Has to be 10 working days, on the header from cisas it should tell you the date.

It'll then be up to 5 days after that date that cisas will forward the defence to you

    Ok.

So I have just recently came across this thread after receiving the letter sent out by EE regarding the changes dated the 7th of April I think it was.

I decided to fire off an email to EE written up by RC in the hope I would still have a chance to cancel my contract early due to the change in T&Cs. I still don't know if I have missed the boat in regards to achieving this. There is just too much to read on this thread and it has me confused.

I received a reply by letter today from EE and it says..

    Hey all,

I sent the first email to Olaf.Swantee@ee.co.uk and executive.office@ee.co.uk on 13/4/14 and still haven't received a response yet.

Should I re-send the email or?

    Thanks
