Yeah I've emailed a complaint too so will see what they say.
Getting a new house soon so thought all of the stuff would come in for that. More annoyed at my wasted night trawling through all the items!
I agree. When you could be spending time with family or doing important things etc.. I wouldn't have wasted time uming and arring over items if it said OOT and would have been done after 10 minutes. I had the same carp with gooutdoors' collect service.. I trawled through checking for stock in a certain store, spent hours going though OOT items etc looking for ones in stock and I get a call the in the morning and the women sounds even bemused as to why they would even have the stock in store. *rolls eyes* and I won't learn with the next website I'm sure ha. Because I cant and wont pay "RRP" prices so I have to take the chance.0 -
Ahhhhh spent 2 hours browsing,planning,adding and checking out. Found an email to say everything is now out of stock. A Complete of waste time.0

I placed 4 orders - the first with quite a few items and then 3 more orders with 1 item in each. The last 2 orders have been cancelled, not holding out much hope for the others

My 2nd order was cancelled but no email about my 1st so fingers crossed! Totally rubbish that some of you have had whole orders cancelled, surely some of it must have been in stock?!'They only had one cow!'0

Best part of the whole joke is that the money has still been authorised for the sale so it won't show in your account again until they refund it back there.
Some people on Facebook are furious about waiting 8 days and still not having their money back.

I too have spent the whole evening shopping at Debenhams and made 2 orders, first for the Le Creuset 5 piece and a second one of various kitchen bits. Just received email - second order all 'Unable to fulfill' despite still showing as in stock now.
Not had one for the Le Creuset order yet, but won't hold my breath.
Just made yet another order with my 'second choice' items. Why do I never learn???

Frustrating how so many items cannot be fulfilled - I was looking forward to getting a blender to make some soup! Even more frustrating is the preallocated credit on my card >_< :mad:0

Debenhams website has to be the worst one I've ever used.. Have given up, had 3 items that actually 'appeared' to be in stock but on reading about cancellations don't think i'll bother.. spent far too long chasing for online refunds over the last few weeks!0

Spent ages trawling through the homeware sale and really excited about my 10 bargains. Almost immediately on pressing 'confirm' I get the unable to fulfil email. Annoying and a waste of time.0
