    If it's the Presario SR1000 Series, then you'll need 184 Pin 2.5v DDR333 Non-ECC Dimm or 184 Pin 2.6v DDR400 Non-ECC Dimm

    Expect to pay around £16 for a 1GB module. Quite easy to fit yourself and will make a world of difference to the performance.

    But come back with the exact and full model number.

    i still think i have malware
    as every time i ran spybot & malware bytes
    i had a few tracking cookies etc & always one called right media click

    i always had to fix or immunise in avast
    but for 2 wks its been saying
    congratulations message 'no threat found''

    Apologies for jumping in on this one and please correct me if I'm wrong :o

    Looking at the combofix log, it would appear (to me at least) that bit's of AVG are still kicking around.

    Anyone?
