we upgraded, it can only be silver, they don't allow gold upgrades through the sun
we didn't see an upgrade online but we did it when we got our confirmation
I feel its worth it , it was fairly clean although the crockery and utensils were dirty , they provided washing liquid with sponge and cloth , so we didn't have to dig it out
the rooms were well heated , the beds were fairly comfy , the shower/toilet was quite ok
we asked to look at a standard and were quite pleased we had upgraded.
this was at bognor, we are going to try for minehead

We went to Butlins Minehead in October, haven't been for a few years but we thought we'd have a look at what they had t offer now as both ds's are that much older and not really into pip and the gang etc. However, we had a fantastic time.

Had to say our room and kitchen utensils were spotless, i was dreading the experience to be honest, but it was great.:)

Exactly the same for me.. Does that mean you can make two different bookings with the same priority code?

ok that happened with me
I emailed them back and advised them that although we are married we are separate people and I book in my own right as does my husband
we do both at least 3 sun hols a year in either name
I emailed my name and my husbands and asked for each code and they sent me 2
whether they work is another issue but my surname is different to my husbands which may have helped

We booked le chene gris last year. We are a family of 5 but 3 of us are kids!! We got a lovely chalet/van but it was a double and a twin with an overhead bunk and not huge by any means but fine for us. You could log on as a party of 6 to see if you get a bigger van. If the'yre not offering the larger vans on the offer then I guess you'll soon find out but then would a mainly adult part of 5 want this type of accommodation? Its up to you but wouldn't surprise me if they only offering the 5 bed vans, but you never know, gotta be worth a nosey!!!!

Tigsteroonie, I have my own code thats assigned to my e-mail address but we have also brought another code so we can book for our friends to come as well. All I have is the priority code but I know you have to put your e-mail in too so i'm just wondering when you gave yours away in the past did you also give them your e-mail address to use or could they just put their own in?
