I called things off with the guy from work - we didn't really have anything at all in common, lovely guy but just didn't have anything to say to him! Ho hum.
Getting really fed up of being at parents, however only have my payments of £476 on 1 Oct, 1Nov and 1 Dec and then maybe £60 if that in Jan and I'm debt free - confirmed all interest rates finally (the DCA and the PDL company are both not charging me which is great, and the DCA falls off with my 1 Oct payment) - and I made a spreadsheet to work out how much interest the 3 CC's are charging me each month so I could get an accurate figure. Feel much more organised. Then it's just saving up to move out...and so it begins again hehe.

Long time no post!
Lots has been happening, not a lot of it good!
The best thing is that I will be debt free in December.
I don't know how much I will pay as need to get balances after 26th November (but before 30th to give me time to change my SO!!!), but I can work it out to within a couple of pounds and then add contingency tenner!
I'm going to pop my SOA for December below - it includes some overtime I did, but which is nearly all wiped out with paying my parents back the other £210 for stuff I had to have done on my car this month. Already gave them all my spare cash this month. I've under-estimated on the overtime to be on the safe side.

This is my new estimated SOA for when I move out. This now looks like beginning of August 2012 (based on end July payday), so has come forward a month since I last did this 2 months ago (which was beginning September 2012 based on end August payday). Explanatory notes included:
Statement of Affairs and Personal Balance Sheet
Household Information
Number of adults in household........... 1
Number of children in household......... 0
Number of cars owned.................... 1
Monthly Income Details
Monthly income after tax................ 1618.69 based on current salary as no rises will be given this year
Partners monthly income after tax....... 0
Benefits................................ 0
Other income............................ 0
Total monthly income.................... 1618.69
Monthly Expense Details
Mortgage................................ 0
Secured/HP loan repayments.............. 0
Rent.................................... 550 predicted, based on averages - would like this to be 500 but prices going up everyday - this will now get a one bed flat, a year ago it would have got a 2 bed house
Management charge (leasehold property).. 0
Council tax............................. 100 possibly a bit high, but basing on band B with single occupier discount in the area I want
Electricity............................. 30 projected
Gas..................................... 30 projected
Oil..................................... 0
Water rates............................. 50 projected with a bit of leeway!
Telephone (land line)................... 10 get O2 deal
Mobile phone............................ 30 actually 25 but allow 30 and push remainder to saving at end month
TV Licence.............................. 25 drops to 15 after 6 months
Satellite/Cable TV...................... 0 can't justify
Internet Services....................... 12 get O2 deal
Groceries etc. ......................... 190 breakdown: 140 food, 40 toiletries (inc. make up), 10 cleaning - again, should be surplus at end month, these are budgetary figures
Clothing................................ 30 have increased this as was hoping to build up clothes while living at parents which may well still happen but am allowing for it not to - have very few clothes
Petrol/diesel........................... 140 complete guess based on £30 a week with £10 surplus, am hoping won't be as much as this
Road tax................................ 12 about £130 for year so £14 total annual overpayment (but allowing for increases in future)
Car Insurance........................... 41 based on current but may drop if remove courtesy car option and when renew in April
Car maintenance (including MOT)......... 25 loose figure based on some savings already being there and the fact I'll have had 4 new tyres and MOT in Jan and just had full service. Still allows £300 a year though. Is this enough for tyres, service and MOT?
Car parking............................. 0
Other travel............................ 0
Childcare/nursery....................... 0
Other child related expenses............ 0
Medical (prescriptions, dentist etc).... 5 prescriptions are exempt (thank you Mr Thyroid!) so this is £5 for dentist visits
Pet insurance/vet bills................. 0
Buildings insurance..................... 0
Contents insurance...................... 0
Life assurance ......................... 0
Other insurance......................... 0
Presents (birthday, christmas etc)...... 45 £23 for Christmas, £22 for other presents/cards throughout the year
Haircuts................................ 22 every 5 weeks but alternate cut £10 with cut and colour £40, so £50 every 10 weeks
Entertainment........................... 140 loosely based on £30 a week with £10 surplus - this looked tight before I quit smoking as cigs would come from here, but now it looks generous!
Holiday................................. 0
Emergency fund.......................... 10 goes to savings account which is easy access
Tesco DVD............................... 7.5 this is my treat instead of Sky! 4 DVDs a month
Tesco Wine.............................. 45 this is the cheapest way to get wine and yes I do get through about 10 bottles a month - this covers 12
Cash ISA................................ 38.19 pure savings
365 Pot (Cash Savings).................. 31 pure savings
Total monthly expenses.................. 1618.69
Assets
Cash.................................... 0
House value (Gross)..................... 0
Shares and bonds........................ 0
Car(s).................................. 2500 rough guess - probably not worth this at all! list price is currently £3.5k but is so rattley I am dubious!
Other assets............................ 0
Total Assets............................ 2500
No Secured nor Hire Purchase Debts
Unsecured Debts

I've just updated the SOA for when I've moved out again, to much more comfortable figures. the only one I'm not happy about is the Entertainment figure - I'd feel more comfortable if it was just say £15 higher. However, you can't spend what you don't have, and I'd prefer to focus on saving the little bits that I do/will. Also, as the bills etc are budgetary, it is likely that there will be room for a bit of movement there anyway, so hopefully will find my £15!!! :j
