Thanks Katy and flourgirl for all the links. It will keep me busy for a while. I just need something to do to keep me occupied and have an interest other than housework. We dont get out much with OH's mobility probs and I have back and shoulder problems but neither of us ever complains. We just feel lucky to be here. Sorry for going on. I think I am going to love this thread.

suesad - if you've got a lot of odd bits of card/paper you could try doing 'patchwork' cards - I think they look really good and did some notelets with my odd bits. (thanks dallam for the idea:T)

I have loads of small paper pads and they just sit on my shelf unused which is a shame as they have lovely co-ordinating papers. I've started making patchwork backgrounds with them and thought I'd share a few.I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

ooops - sorry............forgot to say thanks for kind thoughts and hugs...........;)
suesad............I had some watercolour pencils and you can either use them as a normal colour pencil or dip them in water and use them that way...........I did try them on wet paper once but didn't seem to work very well. Think its a bit trial and error............well was with me.I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !
