Important service update
Over the weekend, we experienced a huge last minute rush for the Big Exchange and our 4x Rewards scheme. This meant that some customers were not able to exchange their vouchers or had problems with the process, and missed the deadline of 5th December.
Problems that some of our customers experienced included:
- Website crashing / timing out whilst exchanging vouchers online, so the transaction didn't go through but your vouchers appeared as 'spent'.
Don't worry, you won't lose your vouchers - please contact our customer service team who will be able to reset your vouchers.
- Calling our helplines but not being able to get through
If you were calling us to exchange your vouchers on the Big Clubcard Exchange, then please call our customer service team and we will deal with each customer on an individual basis.
-If you were calling to exchange your vouchers for 4x partner rewards, then you can either:
- post your vouchers to us with this completed form (http://www.tesco.com/clubcard/deals/p/inc/partnerorderform.pdf), and state clearly the date you tried to exchange your vouchers. Please send your completed form and vouchers to Tesco Freetime Limited, PO Box 654, Crawley RH10 1RG.
- call our customer service team and we will deal with each customer on an individual basis.
IMPORTANT: We will only accept vouchers that were issued up to and including your November statement. Any vouchers issued in your December statement will not be accepted. Any December vouchers received will be added back on to your next statement in February.

Had a quick look but still not received confirmation email from Tesco and still showing unused vouchers. I do have a reference no for getting them unlocked and converted to 4 x value for Goldsmiths, but the girl said it could take 2 weeks for me to get them in the post, and I ned an item that may sell out for a special Xmas present.
Am I making sense? I just wondered if they issued me with e vouchers for Goldsmiths over the next couple of days could I then post off the form you linked to, as I'm unwell and it's hard for me to get out as it is. So any infowould be great thanks

bit confused here... So i have cashed in my tokens for reward vouchers and then when i get them i have to download this form and send the vouchers back to the GOldsmith address .. then what??

I've had three orders from Goldsmiths in the past couple of weeks. I posted the vouchers and the order forms and got the items withing two or three days BUT I sent another order off last week and still haven't heard anything from Goldsmiths and they''ll phone first as I was a fiver short on the order so they'll want my credit card details for that.0

Yes, because goldsmiths can't accept the deal vouchers online. So you change the tesco vouchers for goldsmiths vouchers online or by post. Then Tesco send you the goldsmiths vouchers and you either go into a goldsmith shop or you choose something online and send off the goldsmiths form with your now exchanged goldsmith vouchers.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I had a similar problem. Took about an hour to enter 8 voucher codes as the web site was very slow.
Clicked on the button to confirm order and had an error message! Went to try and confirm again and it told me that the vouchers had already been used and were removed from my basket!
These vouchers have NOT been previously used. But the RAC cover that I wanted to get was still in my basket, so I knew the transaction hadn't gone through. BUt I can't get to speak to anyone at Tesco, I just keep getting cut off. Have emailed them but their standard reply doesn't fill me with hope of receiving a prompt response!

Yes, it took me two or three tries to finally complete entering my vouchers for RAC membership (on Saturday night). I expect the site was even busier on Sunday. I kept going away in despair and coming back, but my vouchers did stay in my basket, luckily. Otherwise there woudl have been even more bad language than there already was.
What was REALLY sickening was being 50p :mad: in vouchers short for the cover i really wanted. Now i will have to pay to get it made up, after i join, which is bound to cost lots more than 50p....
Looks like Tesco should honour your vouchers that you have spent....they have said as much, at the top of this thread. Good luck.0
