Have bought tescos crusty wholemeal breadmix to make pizza base but haven't a clue how much to use or what to do with it really :D. Bought it ages ago but not got round to doing a pizza yet but am determmined today.
Does anyone have a recipe for the HEb pizza base please? Have searched for it but not found it.

Having a slight crisis today as son has broken my scales  don't know how he managed it as hes not too heavy for them just heavy handed [or footed as he stood on them]. Hes become a bit obsessed with his weight as hes been told he mustn't go above 14 & half stone as hes a jumper in the lineout and has to be lifted by others. Hes 6'2 [ish] and 14st 4lb so is on and off my scales all the time. Will have to ration the new ones when I get them :rotfl:.
I wish they hadn't told him this though as he takes everything literally and I can see him not eating properly to lose weight,, its started already as he eats his lunch on way home at 5.30pm so eats nothing all day. Not good when he does physical sports all day.

Sorry for the waffle, it never starts off like that just grows as I type :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    SYN FREE PIZZA!!! :j

Have you tried to get your son on the SW bandwagon? if you ca convince him then at least you know he will be eating well, how old is he?

  • So how many calories does shovelling snow burn off? :rotfl:We don't just have a drive to do, no, we have one of those nice pavements with a large grassy verge, thereby tripling the length of drive/snow to shovel  ... I'm the warmest I've been all week! :rotfl:

Apart from the lack of breakfast lol seems ok, onions and mushrooms are superfree aren't they so cram em in lol

Do you ave salad with your sapg bol?
I make mines using passatta, tinned tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, carrot, garlic so my thoughts is, that's alot of superfree so don't bother with the salad, hope that's ok lol

    Thanks..

No I don't have salad with it, but like you, I use lots of veg in the sauce. I don't use mushrooms as the kids don't like them, but I do use red and green peppers.

Although I have fcuked today so am going to go away and cry, then will leave the rest of this week and come back next week, maybe I will be feeling more in the right frame of mind.

    Sorry gals (n guys)

Aww hun, maybe having a lil break will do you good, sometimes being stressed then trying to stick on plan when your feeling low just stresses you out even more.
Don't be hard on yourself, we have all been there xxx

No need to say sorry :hugs: but why not try getting back on the wagon tomorrow? I have finally realised myself (only took 10yrs+) that one day off isn't the end of the world, but the resulting week is :D

Hello gang, blimey aren't you a chatty bunch?

Fingers crossed for your safe journey to the airport this w/end Dizzy.

MrsM those frocks are gorgeous.... I think I'd need to be about a foot taller to wear that style though. I often feel that putting on normal clothes for women is like putting on 'grown ups' clothes... the problem is they don't make petite lengths for the short & dumpy. Just as well really, or I'd never have pulled my finger and started to lose weight.

I am aware I'm not eating very many syns, but I just don't really feel that hungry throughout the day. I guess that's where the food optimising is working. I do get peckish late morning, but I don't like to use up my syns early in the day if I can help it, just in case I 'need' something sweet or chocolate later on.

Thanks Hun....am just about sorted now :T were having a bit af a thaw here today......so fingers crossed it will be ok tomorrow night/early hours monday.

I always managed to use my syns when I did EE (I had a choccy curfew at 8pm each night for my regular treats, but now its cold and Im doing mainly greens - Im usually too full to have them, so end up having to 'force' a couple of mint mingles or something just so im having some some days :o

As for space in the case :o Im in a spot of bother lol.....My OH has come to the conclusion that unless he wants to wear the same pair of shorts and 2 shirts ALL holiday....hes going to HAVE to let me pack 2 cases and not just 1 :p ( I perhaps was a bit sneaky doing all mine first ha ha ha :D) My medication fills the flipping hand luggage on its own

My lovely fab MIL has just given us a xmas card today....with £500 in it !!!!!! just because she wants us to have an extra special nice time how lovely was that-she made me cry :o

We had the exact same probs with our nephew playing rugby for a local club.....he had to keep an eye on his weight (he is a realllll big lad tall & built like a brick outhouse (not fat-just hugely big IYKWIM), but he could also eat for england (had a lot to feed:rotfl:) we found out tho that through 'friends' at college he decided to take up smoking in an effort to curb his appetite  and keep his weight down....:wall::mad: stupid stupid boy....his mother went nuts with him.

funny story actually about him...he got injured at a match-his shoulder, & needed a scan, but hes sooooo big they couldnt fit him in the MRI scanner and he had to go to the animal one where they do horses! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Hey guys and gals,

I'm off plan today. Feeling under the weather anyway but i've decided to shake up the plan by going a little crazy.
I had my breakfast as usual (2 choc weetabix and milk) HEB & HEA + 2n then DH popped out and got me the biggest burget and fries possible. (Incidently, does anyone know the syn values for a double whopper with cheese, lg fries, lg onion rings, 2 sachets of tommy sauce and 2 sachets of american style mustard) hehe.
Later i'll finish the last of my SW KFC, have a portion of potato & fish quiche and tuck into a snickers bar.
Depending on how i feel, i may even have a glass of wine.

So thats my 'off plan' day and first thing tomorrow i'm back on the wagon.
This afternoon i'm gonna go through this thread and find 'red' plans and try to copy them. (Not that i understand them still as they are just like EE to me when using potato, rice etc as a HEB even with the extra other HEX's).

I hope everyone is having a good day.

double whopper with cheese 46 syns
    large fries 14 syns
    large onion rings 17.5 syns

not sure about the sauces but it lists a satchet of thousand Island at 3.5 syns so maybe its gonna be around that??

Hope it was reallly reallly nice :o
