can anyone tell me what i would need to have to trade in, ie just the phone or all the bits and bobs as well? ta.

It used to be £5 for the phone, £2.50 each for the manual and charger.

But............ our CPW says they only need the phone and a charger, not the manual.

As long as it switches on that is all that is required.

I wish I had taken in one that didn't work as she just checked there wasn't a sim card in there, took out the battery and put it into a poly bag with the phone and charger.

    :)

ah thats a shame as it just looks cheap and nasty in that colour :(

I think it looks ok but then again I couldn't care less what other people think of it, the camera seems a lot better than the one on my Sony Ericcson K700i, think it's a steal for the price.

    Yaaaaaaaaay!

Just downloaded the software for it.

Have just transferred the videos and pics that I took earlier to my pc and transferred some music from pc to phone.

Also trans a word document from my pc to phone.

The wallpaper now shows Big Ben and dark clouds because of the time of day, will be bright blue skys in the morning!

There are some shooting stars going through the night sky to tell me I have some text messages (think this shows as fireworks if it is daytime).

You will need to go to:

    http://uk.samsungmobile.com/supports/softwaremanuals/pcStudio31.do

click on the free download box in the left hand box click on the drop down for series E and in the right hand box I clicked on the E900 as there is nothing there for the E590.

Took a minute or so to download (we only have a 3.8Mpbs connection speed).

Agreed. I've seen some better screenshots of the silver version and they look much better than the ones over at the carphone warehouse so i'll def be getting this.

Found an excellent review of this phone here

    http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_e590-review-160.php

Page 4 shows photographs taken with it and it looks really good quality.

One fly is that you cannot load java midlets to the phone via your PC. You have to use GPRS internet for that :( But its a case i think of what did i expect for £29.99.

EDIT: Seems there could be some workarounds for this so i'll try them when i get the phone :)

I'm def gonna get one tomorrow :)

    OK OK

    CPW website states:
All pay as you go phones
(£5 for handset, £2.50 for charger and £2.50 for manual)

I'm fairly sure it's the same instore.

Officially, yes that's right. But I don't know a single person who won't take just a phone and battery

Ok, the only niggle I have with it is the keypad locks if you stop doing anything for a short time, I mean a matter of seconds!

    so how does this work?

u get £10 airtime voucher, or does the credit automatically registers to the orange sim that came with the phone?

will this sim and credit work with any unlocked phone?

    cheers,
