...I bought a lovely bra in the sales from £12 down to £6, but, and vix will slap me for this, I only bought it because it had a dog on it similar to the Radley dog (see beanie's avatar) black bra with a red dog wearing a little bling collar :o I haven't even tried it on yet, just keep looking at it :rotfl: ...

...Red bean stew for dinner tonight, family don't want anything fancy after all the Chrissy excess so that suits me :j ...

Ooh, Grannynise, the dreaded 'O' word, nasty! Polish your desk up nicely, it doesn't matter if the kids don't know anything [Note for all non-teachers/concerned parents: the welfare and academic progression of your children is at the heart of every teacher's existence, we just use outrageous humour to (try and) keep us sane ;)] BTW, did you discipline your rubbish teacher, did you, did you, did you? :D

Oh yeah, forgot to say, but I have just been told that I cannot volunteer at my local school as it has to be a registered charity or I'll lose my benefit! Just getting it checked out but my friend has been told by 4 (apparently official) sources. BB, know anything on this one? So gissa a job GN, the commute can't be that far...:D

Raphael - yup, I got your 1.4 gain down already from Sunday. Well done on cracking the 5 a day - no potatoes don't count, in any form. What do you mean by salad? Any fruit and veg in salad would count towards 5 a day but I'm not sure of the quantity that counts as a portion. I'm sure you'll have a loss on sunday if you keep this up. Then it's getting down to consistancy vs complasency isn't it :D .

Aw o4fsad.gif it would be so easy if potatoes counted o4fsad.gif

By salad I mean half a plate of leafy stuff :D so I suppose I can count that one.

Fruit juice only counts once a day too. Don't use your hand to serve it out.

:rotfl::rotfl:That's a shame too, I can get thru litres of the stuff!

Pet, I can't believe this for one second. Honestly hun, you must have one of those circus mirrors! I'm only 5'4" and when I was 10st I got told not to lose any more weight... I still ABSOLUTELY LOVE your smilies, they always cheer me up no end so thankyou! Glad the troops are giving you an easy night of it tonight :T

BB, I echo what Pet said entirely, you have a really, really wonderful time tonight, you definitely deserve it  Oh :o I just remembered you sent me an email :o:o My whole PC life is spent between here and my bank accounts :rotfl:haven't been on hotmail or FB for ages; will go look [hangs head in shame for 2nd time today]. • Welcome to the weekly weight loss chart peeps.
This weeks joint slimmer’s of the week are Victory and Ajax :T :T with a massive 5lb each – both determined to lose the excess baggage they put on over xmas.
But a special mention goes to bails and taffy for 4lb off (seems a shame not to get a mention when you’ve lost that in a week) And because she deserves it, a special mention to The dragon :A for 3.5lbs: great work after such a struggle with your meds.

Well done to ajax who’s already reached the 5lb challenge and bails is only 0.5lb behind. You go girl !:D
For anyone who hasn't posted or a couple of weeks, I've tidied the chart and 'hidden' your details, but don't panic, you are still there on the deault one. Hope to hear from you soon.
The peach highlight was accidentally left in and I can't remove once I've posted the chart - it shows those who didn't post this week but are regulars here so I didn't 'hide' them.
Anf the blue highlight is to welcome this week's newbies (except for FFM who was last week)

More or less straight down the M4, Bails. See you soon.

Discipline, moi? I'm supportive (just like Vix's bras) and I'm kindly arranging for him to have a formal, and I mean very formal, lesson observation every week, all his planning scrutinised and challenged .... but he hasn't taken the hint.

Raph, yep your half plate of salad counts as one; small fruit like plums and satsumas 2= 1 portion, 1/2 grapefruit is 1, apple/banana 1 etc; spoonful of dried fruit is one (only count this once a day too); beans and pulses count as a portion as well (again only 1 a day). Can't remember what you have for brekky (know you have weird eating times from job) but if you had a glass of juice and piece of fruit with brekky, salad with lunch/in sandwich, veg and pulses with dinner (I eat lentils a lot, fills you up so smaller portion of rice etc or just miss it our altogether) and another piece of fruit for a snack, that's 6 down! Easy once you get into the routine, honest! Well done on your first 5 a day! I'm sure someone out there could dig up a list for you (I did have one once so will see if I can retrieve it).
