So now Kerry has supposedly put through the orders, has anyone got any idea when she is going to start ringing us all up? I don't think I put my mobile no. on the order & I'm out for most of the next few days - have only just switched back to BT so will have to sort out the 1571 thing. I'd be gutted if I missed the call after waiting this long!
And are they that short of employees that it's really going to be left to 1 woman to ring everyone?! Another example of great management by B&Q!

apparently they've had a delivery of matterhorn's but are trying to work out how to get them onto their computer system to allocate them to us without them appearing on the internet!
But then everyone is being told something different so i shall wait and see!

I called the diy.com enq line on 0870 0101 006 which linked directly with a person dealing with these enquires. I called for the second time today as I have still not had my phone call with a delivery date on the Ben Nevis and was told to call the distrubuters myself as they are delivering them. They were called Walton Gardens and there number was 01636 821215. Unfortunatly I called too late and the booking guys had gone home but I have been promised a call for tomorrow. I will let you know what happens next...

got the table tennis table today, its not a butterfly as expected but a "plum 500", priced at £359 at outdoortoysdirect.co.uk, havin a great time

I suspect that we were all misled by a post earlier on which indicated a certain likeness to the 'Butterfly' including a link which showed it being sold at a higher price. Having had a closer look at the image of the t.t.table today at http://www.diy.com/diy/jsp/bq/product/product.jsp?CATID=8080108&entryFlag=false&PRODID=8070266 (and then clicking on more pictures) I can notice PLUM 500 etched on the left edge of the table. Still I am not complaining at all, I am really looking forward to my delivery on Friday.

Got my table tennis today. Extremely hacked off :mad: . When I got home, I was sooo looking forward to setting it up and having a game. Had a look at the box. There were pieces of the table sticking through the cardboard. These parts were obviously bent. Opened it up to find 2 thin pieces of alluminium totally bent out of shape. I was beginning to get well peeded of by now. Had a look at the frame and noticed that one of the panels had been dropped on one of its corners, which has resulted in the playing surface coming away from the frame. I am going to either try and glue it down or put a couple of screws in it. Eventually managed to put it together after about 7 hours of trying to get all the bent bits to fit together. The table itself looks and feels extremly high quality and had a quick game before it got dark. Really glad that I got it, but the couriers will be getting a mouthful tomorrow.

I've only just received a call today notifying me of a delivery date, I'd almost given up tbh since it's been 10 days from my order being placed, but delivery will be on the 3rd Aug, so at least I know it's coming now, don't give up if you've not heard from them yet, it looks as tho they've been unindated with orders and they're doing their best to catch up

We got our table tennis table today. The box was undamaged but it took my husband hours to put it together. I went to work tonight and Ive just got back, I can see it out there in the garden (with the cover on, thank god, cause its raining!) One ball has been lost already, so I can see that our boys have been having a good time with it tonight! A real bargain, thanks so much Frogling.
