  • Hi all
Hey Jo this has got soo busy again - what an inspiration your thread is - bet we'll have lots more come January! Hope your job is going well and all you hoped for?? Things okay with me, can't believe I hit 5 months last week - I would never believe that I'd get this far! Defintately wouldn't have without this thread - all you newcomers listen to the quitting secret but don't tell anyone ......... its this thread .... honest ..... the support here is priceless and in my case definately the differance between success and failure - so stay with us and you're halfway there!! I originally visited sometimes 5/6 times a day and updated my sig hourly - but what an incentive!!
Hi TNG hope all good with you and yours - no more memory lapses???
Hi YM you set a date yet?
To everyone else - no one is deliberately not mentioned - happy smoke free days.
    love and hugs
    IDA
    xx

Thanks for that JoeHel, I did stop (my first attempt) using the patches first week of August and yes I did feel a bit strange but other than that I was doing well - I was however away those weeks and in company, it was when I came back I lapsed!! What a FOOL!

Mumzyof2, are you having a tough time, or have you decided tomorrow is your start date, I too have given up smoking this morning, I am gasping for a cigarette and I've only had one cup of coffee today, I am determined to stop this time, I am sick to death of my life being run by cigarettes.

    Let us know Mumzyof 2?

  • Could I just ask if any of you have tried the new tablets you can get on prescription (Champix), and if so what are they like? Do they work ?
