Day 2 of my new diet isn't going too badly, just had a mammoth portion of spicy beans, so if you hear there are severe gales over Bucks this evening, you'll know why

Hi. Just a maintain for me this week. That's ok. Hope for a loss next week although I am off work from now until the weekend with lots of family meals so not sure whether I will achieve a loss. It's not that I eat things I shouldn't at these things, just that I eat too much of what I can eat. Oh well.0

Hi everyone
Well done to everyone who lost weight this week.
I seemed to have lost the impetus this week, but am aiming to be right on it again. I maintained, but to be honest, I'm surprised as I've definately not done things properly this week, have rebelled a bit, but hey once in a while is ok, I think.
Cheers

... hiya kpc. All varieties are delicious made just with water. If anything I find them better in the microwave - just add some onions, ppeppers, chili powder to taste in a tupperware dish. Cover with water, stir to get the powder mixed in with the water then bang in the microwave for 10 mins. Hassle-free meal, and totally free on a green day.0
