My youngest goes back to Eaton Mill, Bletchley on Monday (yeh!) but the school newsletter says many local schools have a teacher training day that day.
Just checked - older son goes back to Lord Grey on Thursday, but that's because the Year 7's have the school to themselves on the first day of the new term.
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.
  • I would check the school website. My son goes to school in Aylesbury but I live in MK.

Just checked for my son - years 7 and 11 back on Wednesday. Other years back on Thursday apart from 6th form - then everyone is in from Friday.

Colonal Custard is about the best in the area - very well known - so not the cheapest

I have used The Great Gappo a couple of times and he does our local schools too! Based in Newport Pagnell 01908 210264.

I have also used Clever Trevor 01908 265725

The Great Gappo was slightly more polished in his performance, however the children seemed to enjoy both entertainers equally, which is the main thing.
