Very quick posting, 260 miles round trip to Great Yarmouth today for a design meeting, ate my packed lunch (Salad) in Tesco car Park :)

Left at 6, home just before 6, no gym today, but completely shattered. Just tried our first attempt at Kedgeree, which was very nice and moreish :)

Two meeting tomorrow at the office in Lichfield :)

    Hope all doing ok

    Evening all

Here's the latest chart, with weight losses (or not) for both this week and last week. Please let me know if I've missed you out.

Well done Mistywoo, Retiredlady, Suggs, Petrichor and Victory for achieving the June target, :j and congratulations to Karren who was Slimmer of the Week last week, :T and to Retiredlady who is Slimmer of the Week this week. :T

That's the end of the June challenge, bring on July! Shall we make the target date Wednesday 2nd August? That will give us five weeks. Having a list is really useful if someone would like to start one.

Thanks to everyone for your help with providing last week's result as well as this week's.

Have a good week everybody. :D

p.s. as we're now on 1014 posts, maybe we should think about starting Lose Weight 13?

    Hi guys,

New to this sort of thing so looking for "easy" diets...

Am currently following the one from last Sundays (not one just gone, one before that) NOTW Sunday magazine... finding it tough because first 3 days is fruit and milk only, then from tomorrow night we can have stir fried veg and a protein item for tea.

I have just looked at this "1000 calorie diet menu" http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/calories/calorie_counting/1000_diet_menu.htm but when I worked it out, I got it to nearer 2000 so have just e-mailed to see what they say and will report back.

I have just looked at the Tesco e-diet but its £2.49 a week but does sound quite good as it gives you the shopping lists too. I was wondering if anyone else uses this and would like to share the plans?

Also, what plans do other people use? Or do you just make your own plans up from your normal meals but check the calories on the web first?!?!

    Cheers

    M

    Well done Ajaxgeezer :T

Shall I start off the list for next month's challenge, and add you to it? If anyone else wants to join the July challenge, copy the list below, paste it into a new message, and add your name.

    Thanks :D

...LL, thank you. "But most of all I'd like to thank my parents, my wonderful wife and particularly my agent for making this success all possible. This award isn't for me, it's for all of you... you're all so special Mwah Mwah Mwah" (Ajax revels in his 4 pound loss knowing damn well it was an undeserved fluke, and has to work his socks off to lose anything at all next week now)
