  • hello all!

victory - nice to here from you again!
well dont to all the losers and sters
birthday was really really good fun. indulged, but not to insane proportions atleast.

    food for today: red
    B- toast(HEB) banana
L - ryvita (HEB) triangel cheese (HEA) ham
D - stuffed chicken breast with loads of steamed broc and carrot

extras/snacks: well, as per usual for birthday i got given a load of chocolate (which i simply love) and as the slimming world philosophy is to use and enjoy your syns, ive calculated between how much i can have for 10 -15 syns. so today i had my full 15syns worth, plus 2 syns for butter which i forgot about!!

so total: 17syns ( 2 syns over, but considering the house is briming with chocolate, i thinsk thsts kinda ok!)

    xx

Beanie 3lb off - that's wonderful! has it cheered you up just a tiny little bit?

Victory - it's all been happening at your house/work - sorry to hear about your DS. Is it a better atmosphere now some of the problems have been discussed?

Fred -- leave me off the chart for a while please. My head is definitiely NOT in the right place at the moment. There are just too many other things going on at the moment. Eating carefully has gone out the window - a mixture of comfort eating/lack of time/too much life happening. I'll hope fully be in a stronger position to restart in a month or so.

Vix -- I need to know about the job interview, now, please.

    RP2000 - happy birthday!

    Congrats to QT2006 our SoTW.

There have been some fantastic losses this week, but to anyone who has lost or sts keep up the good work.

To anyone who gained don't dwell on it - know where you can change things for the better and go for it.
