I wonder if I'll ever get over my fear of milk going to waste? While making icecubes the other day, I was annoyed at myself for spilling perhaps 5ml!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

Typically the stamps were just scribbled on with a pen no dated stamps to be had:rolleyes: I ended up just writing "no probs, as described" the kind of comment I usually hate people giving meIs there not a postmark? The first thing they do when they bring the letters in is postmark them so if it's been delayed by the post it would be after it had been postmarked. I believe there are some strikes around at the moment though.
can the hospital lend you a pump? if not Elle and Feelie have hired a bit hosptial stylee one that could do you or I bought the new TT one from boots online, it's half price at the moment at £39.99 and I got a bottle of milton for sterilising to bring it over £40 for free deliveryTigsteroonie wrote: »Sorry, being new to the Parent thread, I'm not sure if this is additional to you BF or whether you're purely expressing. I remember my joy when I got 30ml, followed by a really blue period when I found out another lady on the hospital ward was getting over 100ml a time! I'm now up to 50-60ml a session, and had my first spontaneous leak yesterday :rotfl: I miss the hospital pumps, I'm getting bored with hand pumping.
Glad Andrew is getting even stronger!! What a trooper!
I see the lady herself was to shy to point out that said 50p a day MSE'r is our very own WeezlLadybird, there's a thread where someone lives on 50p a day on the OS board, that might be a good read - good luck, it must be worrying for you.

I've got some little plastic tubs (like takeaway ones) that I sterilise. As soon as the cubes are frozen (I keep a close eye on them), I take them out of the tray and put them in the tub. I like using cubes, it always looks like more milk than a filled bottle/pot!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

How many ml in an ice cube.. any idea?
Mum's in town. Have txt her to ask if she can look in the £1 shop for me - I'm hoping she can get more than one tray for £1 :money:0 -

ours are about 30ml elle but they really vary. try filling one of rhys bottles up to say 100ml, then tip into a cube, then see how much the bottle marking reads and subtract from 100?
