Sweet, the pepper thingy is lush, my ex wanted me to cook it all the time, tis just peppers halved and put into baking tray, fill with chopped garlic, sliced cherry tom and top with feta (or tesco value salad) cheese, liberally coat with olive oil and roast in hot oven for about half hour-ish.. not good on cooking times sorry.
Goes all juicy and delish.. nice as a starter with crusty bread if your not lc'ing.

I used to roast mushrooms, onions and courgette at the same time.

Marrowgirl, i fancy the crispbreads with peanut butter too.. mmm

Aw that's great mazzers. Prepare yourself for sleepless nights as you worry about him alone (or worse with a car full of mates) on the road now.

There again, you're off the hook as a taxi driver. :D

Tell him his Mother's mad internet friends said 'well done'.

    Aww thanks, i will.

had nice day out but, was 'out of town' shopping and didnt get around to eating brekkie, so ended up having a Mc'd as was nowhere else to eat. saying no more on that subject.
Just had my butter chicken served with 2 bhajis, was lovely.
Half of the bhaji recipe makes six biggish ones, so anyone making them i recommend halving the recipe, and using only half of the almonds as 100g is too much i think, making it 25g if your making the six.

    Have i confused things

Cant believe i 'forgot' the way to the meeting place in Cardiff, i've driven there on my own loads of times but was hoplessly lost and had to phone a friend. Also went wrong on the return journey..
Think i'm losing my marbles. :o

You don't have any control over what life throws at you.
You DO have control over how you react :)

Badger, sorry to hear you are leaving us :( I had a quick look at that website & there are some nice recipes on there & even a video extolling the virtues of leeks!! :rotfl: Keep popping in to see us if you get chance, I'd be interested in seeing how you get on.

mazzers, that's great that he passed his test!! You must be so pleased. :j
Thanks for the roast peppers recipe, can't wait to try them!! Belly rumbling & mouth watering at the thought of 'em!!

alias, you didn't disappear for long, the chanting obviously worked!! :rotfl:

Well, I soooooo enjoyed my dinner tonight!! I was starving by the time I got it though & was having a serious sense of humour bypass :o Made broc/cauli mash to go with it (my new bestest friend!!). Probably a bit weird having that with curry but I enjoyed it!! :rotfl:

Looking forward to the wine & salted peanuts now!! :D
