Free £20 dvd voucher

Got my first 2 rentals yesterday. Discs are of very poor quality - look like a skating rink! Still, only the odd jump though.
I reveived the £20 voucher today, so have emptied my list of "want to rent" DVD's (so they don't send me any more).
Can I cancel the subscription now (after 9 days) or do I (have to) wait for the DVD's to be shown as returned before doing so?
Thanks.0 -

After watching Spongebob the Movie tonight with my son, I thought I'd check and double check my email to see if my £20 voucher had arrived. Nope, it hadn't but then having a general clear out of my emails tonight and noticed that it had actually gone into my spam folder on lycos ! Yipeeeeeeee £20 to spend - thanks OP.

My voucher arrived 5 days ago wish I'd checked earlier ! when I just cancelled I had this offer:
We'd like to offer you a special 1-month reduced rate of 30 days for £4.99
so if anyone is thinking of continuing maybe worth going down the cancellation route to see what you get offered.I am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL

Cancel your account, then they will email you saying that the DVDs you have need to be returned by xx/xx/2006. Just send them back straight after you cancel your account, and make sure you get proof of postage from the PO incase they try and bill you!0 -

Unless i'm thinking of another DVD rental company, but i'm sure the only one I had to call was Sainsburys.
I cancelled yesterday afternoon. In the morning the web page had a cancel button. By the afternoon you had to call a call centre. They put me through to the 'Cancellation department', more like the hard sell department. They quizzed me about the cancellation, but after I said that I had gone with lovefilm.com instead they gave up and cancelled by subscription. Seems that they might have rumbled what people are up too.HKP

I phoned them up today, and within a minute it was cancelled. Offered me a free month if i took payment in the next month, but said i wasnt intrested. And that was that0
