Yoo hooo! Evening all... chaotic week this week. Managed to get weighed this morning, and it's a 1lb loss. Amazing considering I had a Chinese meal on Friday, so I am more than happy with that. Now have to focus again to try to get back to 2lb a week. :A
Need to catch up on the thread this evening, will do that after 8pm when I'm back home.:oOne day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
